"The MEXICAN illegal alien issue"- in terms of numbers isnt that the true description of this crisis?~ who are we tip toeing around, people arnt blind they can see!~ or is it the race card that people are playing hot potatoe with~ WELL! like it has been said a million times and I KNOW your sick of hearing it "Mexican is "not" a race"!!!!!! so call the duck a Duck already!

Ya...the PC is overdone. The "race" card is overdone. The "war" on anything is over. "For the sake of the children" is over. Sometimes what it is, is just ,what it is, and there's no other way of distorting facts or hiding behind words. Brown or Mexican or any of that, is not a "race". They are a "blend" of the same darned ancestors I have. They are killing people in Africa because they aren't "black" enough and killing people in Mexico because they are "too" brown. I doubt there's too many that are a true "pure" race of anything. I have American Indian in me but you'd be hard pressed to "see" it. But you can with my oldest daughter. They have a "rule" here in certain states ,with the 1 drop rule. 1 drop of African blood makes you "black". You can be snow-white, blonde, blue-eyed and be "black". Yet you can be 99 9/10ths white and not be "white". Even though you "look" white. I do remember the "latin lover" and the dudes from Mexico don't look like Antionio Bandaras. Even though they are supposidly of the same "race". I mean please.......5ft fat Jose' is no stud muffin. Gina Lolabridgeada(sp?) is no Maria Gonzalas. Why? Because the really beautiful ones are of a "blended" race.

These guys that HATE Americans.....you couldn't PICK an American from a crowd of people. You guys that HATE "whites" ,couldn't tell the difference between an American "white" from a Canadian "white" or Australian "white" or a European "white".

You are right, people us the term "illegal immigrants" so that they can tell themselfes that they are not being racist. Its a concience thing. But if you look back at many of the questions and a lot of the answeres here they are targeted to the Mexican people. Try to tell all these one track minded people that "illegal immigrants" refers to more than just the Mexicans and they will come up with something else to contradict you. The actions taken against illegal immigration speak for themselves. They are building a wall on the border of Mexico and the United States. They arent going and building a wall where all the Cubans or Puerto Ricans are coming into this country. And Canada isnt a part of this country, so why arent they building a wall there? You cant make any person, who doesnt want to see that they are wrong, that they are wrong. So good luck there.

There are a lot of illegal aliens in the United States. Although it may be that Mexicans contribute to the majority of illegal aliens, we shouldn't forget that people from all over the world overstay their visas and become illegal. It's more about being general rather than being 'politically correct'.

The United States wouldn't be what it is today without immigrants. The American Indians tried to defend their land from invaders and failed, then we became the melting pot for immigrants. Our country didn't care where you came from just as long as you helped populate the land. My ancestors immigrated from Scotland and France looking for a new start in a new land. Now we want to close and protect our borders, this I understand to a certain degree. Let the hard working immigrants have a chance, stop giving them hand outs, let them earn their way just like our ancestors before us. As long as they are a productive part of society, I don't see any harm.

Can we not just get rid of all criminals who jump our borders and yes, stop being so PC about it. We would not have such issues if we could see all viewpoints and agree to disagree on them... I heard that statement before, and I liked it. And the wall needs to be built and secure our borders... I also do not agree with amnesty for any illegal aliens..
