unless you are planning from going to a beanpole skinny guy to a bodybuilder, it should be okay. i'm sure your muscle mass won't increase dramatically enough to mess up your tattoo. but it all depends on the design, size and placement of the tattoo. good luck

Here's the truth any tattoo is going to look a lot different as you age. The placement of the tat can mitigate some distortion but no tattoo withstands the ravages of time.Find some old WW2 vets and check out their tats. I know my Che tattoo looked great for 25 years on my upper arm now poor Che looks like a bad rendering of the zigzag man. If I live another 25 years he's probably gonna look like a large black mole on my arm hahahaha

The best explination I've heard is a printed design on a balloon: it's printed when the balloon's deflated, and it gets a little more transparent as the balloon blows up, but still looks about the same. You can also voice your concerns with the tattoo artist, since I'm sure they're a bit more knowledgeable than my internet balloon-similie source.

yes, definitely. especially when each specific muscle grows. i would get one after u build up your arms. then, when u dont work out anymore or whatever, the tattoo will retract with the skin and not look stretched out if u had done it the other way.

Yes it'll stretch but you can get it filled in so it looks right. It's worse when you go from big to small.

yes it will only strech out and look a lil bigger. but as you get older the tattoo will begin to like sag as you get wrinkles and not look so cool.
