never see in it spelled before, but if it is pronounced 'Took-iss' it is I believe Yiddish for: Butt, posterior, Gluteus Maximus, etc.

I do not know if it is the same as or even related to the other work

There certainly is a Yidishism that's pronounce that way.
It can be "toches" or "trokhes" and it means - bottom, fanny, or buttocks.
