It depends on the cause of the headache. Exercise will almost always get rid of your headache, the problem is it hurts alot worse for a while. Meditation is good for migraine headaches. Just visualize your headache as a glass ball that you can remove from your head. Visualize your hands removing the glass ball and smashing it against the wall. It usually works for me, but it takes a lot of practice.
