hi im 16 i weight 137 lbs im 5'5 im a cheerleader as you can see
and for try-outs we have to be 125 and under try-outs are dec.7-15
i need yo lose 12 pounds in 3 weeks please give me tips and also we have to run a a half mile in 5 min. and 1 mile in 9:30 seconds my time is 10:23 ( i justed ran today ) how can i get my time down

Well, I know this is not the answer you are looking for, but this weight restriction sounds pretty discriminatory to me. You sound like you are at your natural weight and should be allowed to participate without reducing yourself to a weight that may not even be healthy for you.
