THIS IS GOOD!
EASY WHIPPED CREAM
INGREDIENTS
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks are just about to form. Beat in vanilla and sugar until peaks form. Make sure not to over-beat, cream will then become lumpy and butter-like.

No prob, it'll whip fine, just gets done a LOT sooner.. chill the bowl and the mixing blades, then start it out with half the amount, pour the other in over the next few seconds, add sugar slowly while whipping, in about a minute you've got whipped cream.
I always put a little vanilla in mine at the beginning but you don't have to add that if you don't want to.
If you whip it too long... HOMEMADE BUTTER..mmmm. Tell everyone you meant to do that..LOL

Absolutely. Whip with an electric beater or an old fashioned kind if you have good arm muscles. When it's still a little more liquidy than you would like, but still pretty thick, start adding in the sugar just a small amount at a time. Then whip until it's as thick as you want it. Don't put in sugar or other ingredients until you have whipped it fairly thick.

yeah !!! just beat it on the mixer for 1 minute or so then add your sugar and any other flavor you like, I do mine with sugar and a couple tbsp. of Amaretto Liquor and then beat it until all fluffy and light. Make sure you use very cold cream, even the bowl I put in the freezer ahead of time so its very cold and also don't over beat it or you'll make butter instead of whipped cream.

It works the same way. Chill your utensils and make sure the cream is very cold. Beat at medium speed until creamy with about 1/4 cup sugar. And don't over beat--you will end up with butter.

Yes all you do is pour it into a mixer and then blend it until it turns light and fluffy (like whipped cream). For added flavor add vanilla, sugar, or maple syrup.
