Well i was sat in my bedroom with Shadow who was cleaning my infected toe whilst i was eating my supper and i heard a strange scraping at the window. I had a look out and i couldnt believe it. Brother was hanging from some rope with his pyjamas on staring in with some binoculars. I quickly closed the curtains and ran downstairs, when i ran downstairs he was in the kitchen and when i confronted him he denied it and said that he'd been cooking kippers and cheese for the last half an hour! Ive also noticed that he's been watching me and following me in my cat because when ive stopped at traffic light he was in the car next to me with his binoculars and I knew it was him because he had on his favourite Sponge Bob Square Pants Y Fronts. Shadow wants to scratch him but I said not to. What should I do?

I'd tell Llama and get him to have a quiet word with brother - after all - Llama knew when he got involved with mother that she came as a package and therefore he should expect to have to take his turn in sharing responsibility for the discipline.
If that doesn't work tell Shadow to let him have it and hold is Sponge Bob Square Pants Y Fronts to ransome until he stops

Stalk him constantly so you know when he's stalking you. Get some binoculars and wear your pyjamas whenever you can't get into your Sponge Bob Square Pants Y Fronts fast enough to confuse him. Video tape everything he does. Tap his phone. Hide in his closet. You know. The whole shot. Have fun.

carry a mirror around with you so the next time you are outside and he has the binoculars out hold the mirror up to him so the sun will reflect off it, straight into the binoculars and it will burn his eyes and stop him from seeing for a good few weeks
