Vets usually have an answering service, Vets that have practices in the same town usually take turns to cover weekend emergencies, so there is always one on call.
If kitty is bleeding as bad as you say best to call to be on the safe side, after all there is only so much blood a cat can loose before it becomes fatal.

Find an emergency vet right now! It's extremely unusual for a cat to bleed out during menses and during that time they still do not bleed heavily. This situation is not safe. Get her looked at right away.

Don't you have emergency vets in your area...almost all cities do...get your cat to the vet, something is seriously wrong with her. Is she an outdoor cat...someone may have poisoned her. Cats do not bleed when in heat, so that is NOT what is going on. Get her to the vet today or she may die.

Find an emergency vet. Do not listen to the people saying "she's in heat" or "she's having her period" cats DO NOT bleed when in heat. Something has to be seriously wrong with her.

in case you won't be in a position to get her to a vet until they're open, attempt to maintain her calm and heat, and verify she has quite some unpolluted water to drink. it relatively is not ordinary to tell the place the blood is coming from, so she could have a urinary tract an infection. that should reason her to be sleepy, unsocialble, and soft. attempt to get her to a vet as quickly as they open. As for her 6 feet and being inbred, that's basically a genetic mutation that could desire to not reason alarm, yet with those greater beneficial feet, it relatively is much less stressful for her to harm them that could reason her limp.

Check and see if there is an emergency vet in your area. Call your local vets number and they may have the emergency vet's number in their answering machine message.
I hope everything turns out okay for her.

Call YOUR vet even if the office is not open, they will proably have an answering service that can contact your vet in an emergency, who will in turn call you back with professional instructions on how to proceed.

Toes have nothing to do with it. depending on her age, she is either in heat or is having some kind of problem. There must be an emergency vet clinic in your area. Please have her spayed.
