In the sense that you're asking the question, no the anti-Christ will not be a good thing. But the way I see it, yes he will because that means that I will soon go home where I belong. Millions are tortured and murdered by many things...and for no reasons. Yes, religion is a big part in murders because they don't believe in freedom of speech and view it as I'm right, you're wrong. We have to be tolerant of others even if our beliefs are different. Those who murder over religion are not God's children. I look forward to the day of the anti-Christ though so that I may spend eternity in heaven.

Yes you are right, unfortunately, but please understand that first of all to be a Christian is to be a follower of Christ. If people were to really follow Christ, they would know that to kill or torture people is not like Christ. When he came to the world, he came to give life so that we will be forgiven of our sins. He did this by paying the price of our sin which was death, giving us the bridge to cross over from our sins to God. I believe that the Christians that commit these tortures or that continue to do so are not Christina they are called religion fanatics. Because a follower of Christ obeys Christ and loves his/her neighbor. So actions are what shows if a person is a Christian. Just read the new testaments to find out. Even in Matthew the pharisees did alot of killing because they claim it was what God commanded them to do, they even killed Jesus. So just pick up the bible and find out for yourself. Being anti-Christ is robing yourself of the joy and happiness that comes from knowing Jesus.

I read somewhere that the anti-christ could be Christians.
Anything that is in oposition to Christ's teachings. There are so many faiths in the Christian religion from Catholics to prostatents to these splinter groups of religion. Which ever one is right, they can't all be right because they all teach different stuff.
So the others would be Anti-Christ. You just have to figure out which one is right then you know all the others are wrong.
The right one I would think would oppose violence.
That is why he destroyed them before the flood the people were violent.

The whole story of revelations is a bad thing. If we look at revelations with an unbiased look, we can quickly see that revelations is just a way of viewing those who do not share your beliefs as enemies, and want and wish for those enemies to suffer for not sharing your beliefs. The resentment for people who constantly bash the Christian faith. This is a bad thing because it is in opposition to the core beliefs of Christian ideology. The belief that one should not kill another physically or in the mind. It is justified by merely saying that this is the inspired word of God, but in reality was just a letter written from one apostle to another years after the Death of Christ.

Of course it's a good thing. Consider history for a moment. All the greatest atrocities were committed with good intentions. If there is an anti-Christ I don't think he will be crucified like the Christ. I also don't think God will hold it against us. She loves us and made both good and evil.

Christianity does kill people. Maybe you are thinking that christians have killed. Depending on your beliefs, the statements below will vary.
The Anti-Christ is evil
The Anti-Christ is everything bad
The Anti-Christ will bring death
The Anti-Christ is not good.
To think that the Anti-Christ would bring anything good, would represent that you have some evil in your soul.

Those people who killed people in the name of Christ weren't Christians at all. They killed in the name of Jesus, but that's it. The Anti-Christ will drag the world to hell with him. I just hope you're not one of those who go down with him.
