drink lots of water and eliminate high calorie foods. if you want a snack or something after school, go for carrots or something. avoid sodas and gatorade, despite what commercials say. water is the best drink. make sure you get plenty of exercise outside of cheerleading, too. have flabby arms? lift weights. have a not so tight tummy? do crunches and leg lifts. not so great legs? running is the best answer. if you like how you look though, don't worry about it. just because you aren't a stick doesn't mean you're not healthy. if you're really concerned, go to your doctor and ask for their advice. hope i helped a bit!

It depends on what you are eating. You can eat low fat and low carb and if you are eating the wrong foods if will not help. You need to avoid white sugar, white flour, and white rice. You also have to change the gluco load of your meals. A high gluco load meal is any thing that enters the body fast. Your can change the highest gluco load meal to a low one by eating fiber with it. Whole grains, beans (not green or yellow ) lentils. Fat is not bad for you if it is the right kind. In fact you need it to absorb some vitamins. The fats are olive oil, soy, flax seeds and oil, any of the nut oils, fish oils, and only eat very lean meats. It is allot better to eat the fruit than drink the juice of the fruit for the same reason as above the juice enters the body fast and is very high cal. 1 cup of OJ is the same as eating 8 -10 oranges. plus when you eat the fruit you are also getting the fiber from the fruit.

properly i ought to declare first and maximum efficient.. do not study this lady on your "ex"in any way, shape or type. i be attentive to that's way less stressful suggested than performed..:o).. as some distance simply by fact the load situation is going.. you ought to confirm if it a well-being situation, or is it a 'looks' situation with you. I agree men are very seen in all factors of their like and relationships at the instant are not any distinctive. Is she dressing to intensify the positives of her 'curvy' physique or is she only wearing clothing that would not flatter her determine as plenty? that's a extensive ingredient even for you, as that's a seen factor. Does she have the potential to bypass out and do the failings you like now? If not, then that's a extensive relationship concern altogether.. Is she comfortable with herself? Has she consistently had the load? if so, then what attracted you to her before everything, and why now has it exchange right into a controversy (possibly a 'chum' suggested something??)?? you may desire to confirm the 'why' then you relatively can circulate into 'how' to deal, as each and each why could have a distinctive 'how'..

some of it is probably muscle so don’t worry too much
if exercise isn’t enough go on a diet, not a crash diet cause that will just mess up your metabolism, try cutting out extra sugar, lost of water, and maybe add area specific exercise
if it’s your stomach that’s your problem area try adding some crunches or ouch ups or leg lifts (I suggest putting them together which work all the areas of your stomach at once)
for arms do curls with some 5-10 lbs weight or push ups
for shoulders try doing the push ups while propped up against your bed so your kinda doing a handstand (I know weird but it works) or doing windmills with light weights
for hips, love handles, and rib cage just stretch as far as you can on each side and do it at different angles to work everywhere
moderation is the key
I’m currently trying to lose some weight too and this is what I do hopefully it can help
good luck :)

If you are a cheerleader, you are probably still in high school. Although peer pressure and our crappy ideology of beauty dictate that we must not be overweight, I insist that a bit of weight does not constitute an unhealthy lifestyle.
If you are a 235-pound cheerleader who is 5'5", then you should be concerned.
Otherwise, you are still developing your body and your body will increase/decrease in weight and size as your body continues to grow.
Don't worry about it. If you are active and eat healthily, you are most likely a healthy person.
Healthy is better than skinny.

Your body might need the extra weight to give you a few inches. Your shouldn't be as concerned to your appearance as you should be your health level. You might a slow metabolism, but if your fixed up on sliming, eat smaller portions of meals during the day. Have a lighter breakfast, then a light snack during the morning (before lunch), lunch, light snack before dinner and finally dinner.

Just cut out fatty (junk!) and sugary foods (candy), drink diet soda and cut down portion size at your meals. That should do the trick as you are probably pretty active being a cheerleader...;

On long term best one is
