I'm very attracted to a bartender at the bar I hang out at on the weekends. She's really hot, and she's very very very flirtatious, but she has a boyfriend - and she's younger than me I'm 38 she's 21. How could I get her to go out with me?

She HAS a boyfriend! Just wait awhile but let her know in a little way that u r waiting for her someday and keep in touch. That is not a big age difference. Right now, just dream.

Dude she has a boyfriend so what part of "she isn't into you because of that" don't you understand? Of course she is flirtatious, uh, that comes with being a bartender so they flirt to get more money? Was this your first bar experience or what?

You can't, you have to go out with them. Bartenders usually go to the after hours places. Find out where they are and meet her there.

She's flirtatious, but realistically that doesn't mean she's attracted to any of her customers. Then, there's the matter of tipping, she's extra friendly, so she could get better tips.

STEP # 1: she's flirtacious cause she wants the money. You expect her to be rude? I cant stand bar blockers...( guys that hang out at the bar "thinking" the bartender is just in love with them & wants them) she wants your money.....she doesn't need another man......move on so I can order me a drink!!
