Yes, you can bring all of that.

Your medication needs to be in the original bottle with the label intact.

Lip gloss and contacts aren't any concern, but you can't bring more than 3 oz. of liquid (saline) with you. You're better off leaving that at home and buying a bottle when you reach your destination. You could also check your saline solution in your bag, but can't carry it on.

As far as you medicine I believe that you can bring this on the aircraft with you as long as it its in the original package with your name on the prescription.
For the rest of the guidelines as to what you can bring on the aircraft if you go to http://www.tsa.gov/ they should have the complete list on what you can and cannot bring on the aircraft.
