go to petfinder.com.....this is a site for rescue groups.....just enter your Zip code, and enter breed wanted, like West Highland White Terrier, and be AMAZED at how many great choices you have !!.....i recently adopted a Great Pyrenees mix from them, and my dog Sylvester is awesome !!.....check it out.....try it.....do a good deed.....adopt a Westie today !!!.....good luck to you, in your search for a Westie as a new pet !!!!.....most adoptions run between $ 50 to $ 200 maximum, for a wonderfull dog, who will be very happy to be your new pet !!!

There's another three sites that sometimes don't show up if you just do a search for Westie or West Higland Puppies for Sale - so you might not have tried these yet.
The first is Champdogs? This site is mostly used by breeders of show dogs.

There's some puppies listed there - in the Midlands, the South East & the South West.
The second one is ePupz. There are pages of adverts there - some only posted yesterday:

There's a facility to search by location too. You'll have to join ePupz to get the contact information but that's free. Joining also gives you the opportunity to have ePupz email you if an advert is posted that matches your wants.

If you are in the UK go to http://the-kennel-club.org.uk/ where you will get help in finding what you want. NEVER buy a puppy over the Internet or from pet shops. Go to a reputable breeder. The Kennel Club can put you in touch with decent dog breeders or the local Terrier Clubs in your area who will know reputable breeders. Hope you find what you are looking for. Good Luck!

I would not recommending purchasing a dog online. Now, you need to do a search for LOCAL Westie pups for sale.

If you go in the newspaper there is a page where it says "Pet Place" and then you can find the type of puppy you want, call the peoples # and then see if they still have some of the pups left. If they do, go to their house and choose your favorite pup!!!!!
