what shall i do when avast find out infected files?

it says virus has found while i am runing avast i delete it but what if it says infected files in its chest what shall i do then?

i have used avast4.7 for a few years now so theres not much i dont know about this peice of security software
any infected files found during a scan should be deleted ,unless theres a reason why you want to keep it,but really they should be deleted
the only time they should go tothe virus chest(quarintine)is when avast wont let you delete them(the delete function is disabled),then files should be sent to the virus chest
avast will become simpler the longer you use it so dont give up,its still a lot easier than most other anti-virus programs and the updates are more regular than others
have you tried the downloadable skins for avast,they are different designs for your scanner,some are quite good infact,try it at http://www.avast.com/eng/skins.html

Delet the files.You insatll a standard antivirus soft ware such as Norton, AVG , Avast ( free antivirus software and Ad-aware, Ewido ( free spyware removers). You can download free softwares at
