Yes most of the time that I ask a question I always have one or two smart remarks on it and then you cant tell them to bug off because their things are disabled but they way I see it, if your a first time mom with a question to reassure youself ask it anyways and dont pay attention to all of these smart aleck people on here trying to earn more points but pay attention to the ones that are really trying to help you. Im a first time mom too so if you have any questions you can email me and I will try to help you the best I can. Most of the smart aleck remarks I get come from guys that have almost no clue to what your talking about.

It bothers me a lot! These people are on here just to feel better by putting others down - they dont even read the ? well or bother to listen to anyone elses view before pouring out their own nonsense. I emailed a guy who had a snippy comment for one of my ?'s and gave him a piece of my mind, but you are right - the others wouldnt let me contact them. If you look at the profile of these people answering FirstMom type ?'s, or other types of ?'s even, rudely they appear to be still in diapers themselves, or have serious issues based on their own ?'s asked. You just have to ignore them, but it's irritating that sometimes half the answers you get are worthless.

I have only asked one question on here and got a nice answer. But I have noticed that some do not get the answer they were looking for.
I either have something good to say or I say nothing.

I'm a second time mom, and I am sure I have asked my share of questions. I do not know if I have my IM or email disabled, but I will check and you can email or IM me anytime for First Mom quesions. God Bless, and Good Luck!

If you don't like the answers you don't have to read them. Or better yet don't ask a question. Since this is a very public message board any question posted is subject to whatever answers are given whether the one asking the question likes them or not. If one only wants the type of answers that makes them feel good then they need to find a private message board where everyone on it thinks a like. I hear the Borg have such a message board, but remember that resistence is futile and you WILL be assimilated.

I really do hate that.. All we are doing is asking question that we dont know the answer to or want some help with and if they can give an answer then they shouldnt...

I just read your last question and didnt see any snippy answers. People seemed very helpful. Maybe your perceptions are messed up.
