How can I get rid of a error box that continues to pop up?

This is what it said; 'Total Access Core Application'. Network Resource Unavailable.

Verify access or find folder from which you can install product Total Access Core App.

This is pretty vague, but if there is some way to get rid of it, please help. I would appreciate it. Thanks.

You did not install or uninstall Earthlink Total Access software properly. Contact Earthlink for assistance.
