Because God doesn't exist. And everyone suffers sometimes, it's part of life!

It is not God that lets people suffer..........it is man!. Think of all the billions of people on this planet, how on earth can he control every situation and see everything all at the same time?.(nope, am not a christian, but a sweet lil Wiccan Witch, lol). It is a question that i have often asked too. For all the children that have suffered abuse etc.....i ask why?. It doesn't matter how strong your belief is or what you believe in, God is not always the answer. Our inner selves are the answer. The ones that conflict the suffering to others will know why thier victims need to suffer. It truly makes me sick to thing of all this suffering that goes on around us all when it is unneccassary. But just remember, it is not God, but MAN!

I believe God lets people suffer to get them to believe life can be much better if you believe in him and go to heaven. God does not solve everything we must do our share we start wars and let innocent people starve in other countries. Don't blame God for suffering that is down to MAN!!

God doesn't exist, simple. Take responsibility for your own life, and stop trying to blame it on God "letting" bad things happen. Life isn't easy, we all struggle and we all suffer at times, but that's the way life is unfortunately.

i believe God lets people suffer so that we can become stronger in him because of it!
I've been through more in my short life than most people will ever have to go through in a lifetime and i;ve become stronger because of it. I can tell that there is a reason for each problem!

evry body has a life book written by a "god" but we are put on earth to learn certain lessons,that is why we are here god does not want us to suffer for every suffer a pleasure is i to follow its just down to these certain lessons that have to be learned karma plays a lot in this please dont feel angry nobody is at fault

Suffering or happiness are ignorance.
He let us suffer so we can surrender to Him, search for Him, try to get out of the nightmare of this temporary world but He doesn't force us, rather he come in different incarnations (avatars) or send different Prophets, establish different religions to help us make progress. It depends on us really, he gives us freedom, He doesn't want to force us to Love Him, it is up to us.
