Besides the snoring my throat feels sore, not painful ...more annoying than anything.

if u do see doctor it the process is very painless its a simple operation on the back of your throat, you might have a sore throat for a few days but thats it, look into it. Good luck .

My husband snores what i do is push him off his back onto his side this stops him snoring,there are strips you can put on the bridge of your nose haven't tried them but you buy them at the chemists you could try that,did you know if you snore you also stop breathing for each snore it is bad for you.

Get P****d before you got to bed then you should be all right and you might not think about your throat when you wake up in the morning your head might hurt. You may not remember the night before thou

my husband used to snore really badly, he was overweight, he lost some weight and it has made all the difference.

Try not to get to overtired as that makes the snoring worse,

I have same problem....and i keep waking myself up.The doc says only cure is very very painfull surgery...or buy some really good ear plugs for the wife.
