Water makes me gag like crazy, I can't stand the taste of it. I found these little propel powder packets that you can add to a bottled water. Does Propel count as water? It is all I can tolerate.

It should. I'm pretty sure if you drank enough of anything, it would count as water.

I can't understand how you can like propel! It makes me gag. The only type of things I like to drink are certain types of juices, non-fat milk, and tap water.

Yes, Propel is fine, but as others have mentioned, you really ought to re-train yourself to like water (You CAN do that, you know) because water is more essential to your body even than food. You might try adding gradually less and less Propel to your water and focusing your mind on the very big favor you're doing yourself by drinking water, just plain water. Its importance to your health, both immediately and in the long term, is impossible to exaggerate.

check the nutrition information on the packets. propel has around 10calories for every eight ounces. try taking one packet of the propel powder and instead of putting it in a 16 ounce bottle put half of it in the bottle and half of it in another bottle or after you mix it up dilute it with another bottle of water so there's less calories in it. but the best thing to do is just retrain yourself to like water. or put a few drops of lemon or lime juice in the water.

Hey don't feel bad I don't like the taste of water either. Propel I think is like flavored water so it should be the same thing. Since I don't like water either I usually drink Crystal Light instead.

Are you drinking spring water. If you are then it might taste salty, maybe that's why you don't like it. Try to find water with out the salt. Or if you just don't just like water at all, try flavored water. But know this you are made of water and water is good for you. Cleans all the bad stuff in your body out.

The Propel powder thing should be fine, but do you ever drink ice cold purified water? That's my drink of choice. Ever over beer and I'm a man who loves my beer.
