ok so my dog is 9 months old. She was in heat a few weeks ago for the first time. She only got out of the fecned area once. Her nipples are getting really big. And she has a little buldge on her tummy. She was trowing up the other day, that may not have anything to do with it but anyway, Is she pregnant? Also she is always following me and right behind me, but the last few days she like wont leave my side. I sit she sits on me. She nuzzles her head around my neck. Whats going on with her? I think she is wayyy to small to have babys. Shes only 6 pounds. ??????

Well i am not an expert, but i have had a lot of dogs in my life and usually if a dog is pregnant their nipples do begin to grow. If you are not wanting her to have puppies you could get her fixed, but it can be very dangerous to do that while she is pregnant if she even is pregnant. So if it was me i would consult my vet before making any decisions. This reference below has a few answers on knowing if your dog is pregnant and about how small the dog is.
Hope you find a solution to your problem :)

Irresponsible dog owner. A dog should be spayed at 6 months of age. If she is in heat, OBVIOUSLY she will try to (and managed to) escape and go do it with some mongrel/mutt.

It is very likely she is pregnant. You will need to take her to the vet to get an ultra-sound.

At 6 pounds / 9 months old, she is WAY too young/small to have pups at all. This can cause major problems in birth. She may DIE during giving birth because she is so young and small. There is a 75% chance that she will need a c-section (which can cost $400-$1000) to get all the pups out.

It only takes one time...human or dog...

It's true that, at her age and size, she may die a very painful and slow death in "childbirth". She will most likely need a C-Section that will cost $500-1200 to get the puppies out.

Please take some time to read some information on this site

It could as likely be a false pregnancy, but only a vet could tell at this stage..She does need to see the vet, as you don't know the papa's size, and she may need a C-section..the vet can tell by ultrasound, so please give him/her a call..and get the dates that she was out, as close as you can, for the vet's evaluation.

take her to a vet if she is she'll probably have to have a c-section if she is pregnant. About the trailing off she probably is exploring a little they do that around that age.

Take her to the vet to get spayed. They can let you know if she was pregnant or not.
