2 medium sweet potatoes.......3 to 4................1 1/4 cups
3 medium..................1 pound can..........2 cups
4 medium(23 ounces)............3 quart cans........2 l/2 cups

Look on the back of the can it will tell you how many servings, like one half cup per serving see how many servings there is per can and go from there.

that depends on how big the can is. just look on the can and it Will tell you if its a pint or a quart can. two cups make a pint four make a quart.

check the information on the side of the can as it usually stipulates how many cups are inside the can
