Head and Shoulders shampoo/T gel shampoo/ any anti dandruff shampoo will do. Wash your hair twice each time and rub the scalp well when you wash your hair to loosen the flakes. After use a fine tooth comb a nit comb is really good for this a plastic one not steel as the fine teeth clear all the scalp of flakes.

Try the salon formula of a good dandruff shampoo like Head and Shoulders. A dermatologist can help you if that doesn't work.
