Deres this guy whos been talking bout me to his friends whenever he sees me, but he won't say nothin to me. Does he like me and if so, why won't he talk to me?

Probably because he's shy or not sure you like him, so start hanging around him, if you like him, start by talking to him and saying hi or something. Then maybe he'll have to courage to ask you out.

he is probably scared to say anything to you. The best way to do it is ask one of your friends to go over there and talk to him and have this person ask him if he likes you.if he cant say nothing but smile away than there is the possibility and if he says no than its a no and if he says yes than its a yes but if you dont want your friends to do your dirty work for you than just ask him yourself and see what he says. dont be scared to ask no wrong comes out of it

he probly wont talk to you because hes shy, my boyfriend when he first saw was so shy he wouldnt ask me out but talked none stop about me to his friends so he probly likes but just a lil bit shy.
