i am a grad student/TA at a univ. i really like one of my students who is a senior and i am planning to ask her out after the semester is over; she is probably 1 yr or so younger than me. how "risky" is this idea?

as long as shes not your student at the time then you're all good but if shes your student just make sure people dont find out! could be trouble

If when you ask her out she is no longer one of your students it's probably not so risky. If you could wait until she graduates to make it "official" that would be best. Why don't you spend time hanging out and getting to know her until she graduates then you have no worries.
