When I'm lazy, I go to El Pollo Loco and order the grilled chicken nachos.
But if I'm not,
1. I just buy some chips
2. Mix a sauce of pre-made salsa, microwaved or cooked can of ground beef, jalopenos, and sometimes sour cream.
3.Then I top it off with some grated cheddar cheese, and a squeeze of lime.
4. Mix, pour the sauce and chips into two seperate bowls, and voila!

My family likes to use smoked bacon chopped into small pieces and cooked, sprinkled on top of Doritos, then grated cheese on top of that and placed in an oven or microwave until cheese has melted, either place on top salsa and sour cream and for add spice use jalapeno chillies....

Fun for the kids, especially thoses that aren't keen on ground beef....
