Need more information. Is your son a minor still living at home with you? On what issues do your son and "guy" have a difference of opinion?

Sit them down and simply ask y it is they don't see eye 2 eye and
if that don't work try to keep them awayh from each other especially if he makes u happy so that's what ur son needs to focus on.

Why don't you talk to your son about it. Ask him what bothers him about the guy, why he doesn't seem to like him... try to find the real problem!
Your son is probably a little protective of you which is normal and he probably feels a little threaten/scared.
I say talk to him, do not judge him... stay open to what he has to say...
If this guy you are dating is real nice and all just tell your son that he makes you happy and to just please try to be a little bit more open about all this.

You don't mention ages, or what it is that they disagree on...but kids are a priority (and often times have better insight and instincts about people than adults)

i have had parents freind's and children try to deside who i datte all my life,,and no one is ever good enough..so i can work either way..is ur son a minor and still dependant on u?
