blow the tranny to hell...don't do it

Been there, done that. Not at full speed but at 65 mph. SCARY. The car started going in circles all over the highway. we ended up on the side of the highway but if the stretch had been a bar ditch we would have flipped and probably been killed. UGGH!

in an automatic transmission severe damage would result.
in a manual gear box it would be impossible to engage reverse but damage would result also.

The trany will be all grinded up and it might fall out or blow your engine.
