Ever since I tried to download a program using Limewire, I completely close it out (including the system tray icon) and it keeps opening up completely on its own and wont quit. Does anyone know whats up???

Limewire can get screwy. Try using isohunt.com and searching for your files there. Then choose another program to finish like bittorrent, bitcomet or utorrent.
I've found that way to be much easier and quicker.

Limewire, is not good for you computer, it just gives more and more viruses every time you download something. You probably got a virus on your computer which is causing this problem. If I was you I would disinstall it as soon as possible.

what opens? the program u downloaded or limewire itself? ... i would get into bittorrent its much safer ... if its the app u downloaded then run hijackthis and look for it in the list and nuke it ...

something has gone wrong in the installation process... uninstall Limewire n reinstall it..
