You can cut them thin and grill them with potatoes, onions and green pepper.
You can wash them, poke them, and bake them in the oven.
You can peel them, put butter and brown sugar/marshmellows on them and bake them.

You can do either. If you roast them in the oven, leave the skin on and peel when they are done and cooled. Only use this roasting method if you are going to serve them as a whole potato or in a recipe that you are going to re-bake. When boiling any potato or similar, cook on a rolling boil. Leave the potatoes whole and skin on, just like if you were roasting them. Wait until cool, then peel. Boiling is easier and less messy. Leaving the skin on will keep your potato in tact so it will be easier to handle. Enjoy

Slice the potatos, arrange them in a glass baking dish, pour olive oil over potatoes and sprinkle with rosemary. Bake at 350 until done. Easy and delicious!

Roast them, peel them, mash them, then add orange juice, brown sugar, and minced nuts. Butter if you like.
Put in a buttered or oiled casserole, and bake. Toward the end of the baking time, toss a few miniature marshmallows on top. Let the marshmallows brown.

*** peel and boile them until tender, then eat just like that with some butter and salt
*** wash them very well and then let them dry, rub them with vegiie oil and bake / roast them on oven @ 350* 375* until tender maybe like 35/45 minutes. then peel and you are good to go.
*** also you can peel then and slice them or diced them, add your favortie seasons ( sweet or savory) and bake in a dish

The microwave is the best way. Since they take longer to cook than a white potato, they will take a little bit longer.

You can bake them, just like a regular baked potato. Peirce the skin with a fork to let steam escape...They take a little longer than a reg pot, I think cause theyre denser?
You can eat them with brown sugar, cinemon & butter.

Keep in mind tho that with most of these suggestions you don't HAVE to add everything if you don't like them ..like for instance the minced nuts. Use your imagination if you like and try something different. They are basically just what they are named just "sweet"potatoes.
