Are you talking about looking at the earth from space or looking at the sky from the ground?
Google Earth has views of the entire planet from space with the capabilities to zoom in close enough to see cars. The problem is that it's NOT a live picture. It is file footage taken at different times. As close as I can figure the picts are between 1 and 3 years old.

I've never seen a site saying that but I know you can buy software that shows the stars for your position on the earth and points out constellations
