absolutely. studies have shown that even a couple hours less sleep than you require on a regular basis can cause a significant weight gain.

yup, but not relieve stress. it is the primary source of stress. anyway back to you're quetion, specially when you 're fond of eating a lot. you might gain weight nor be obese.

actualy you can. Loss of sleep makes stress and stress can cause cortisol wich causes fat so get sleep.
