I just saw the documentary Future of Food and just curious if "organic" foods also fall under the GM food catagory. How do you stay away from this stuff without going all "gung-ho" about what to eat and not to eat??? We eat typical, not all healthy, but watch fat and calories, and incorporate whole wheats, veggies, and fruits into the family diets... not too much fast food and much more home cooking.... so what is up with this whole GM food deal? Is it necessary to watch this? Does anyone have any info for us "middle roaders" who don't want to go to die-hard vegan diets?
