I like the Neutrogena acne gel. Works overnight most of the time. You need salicylic acid and benzolye peroxide to be effective.

Proactive is the absolute best solution for getting rid of acne...its a bit more expensive then the drugstore brands....but it will work!

it doesn't make them go away overnight if that is what you are asking -- it makes them go away faster than nothing at all though.
