Cold weather makes my skin sooooooo dry. I am not big into lotions, but need something to help me before it gets to bad. I can't stand lotions that are heavy, or that smell. I need something for my body and for my face. Does anyone know of anything that will help.

I don't like greasy, smelly lotions either. But I've found Retinol Body Lotion from Vitamin World is good. There are others too, but that's what I use most.

Good luck!

I have psoriasis, and my dermatologist recommends using Dove in the bath and shower. And avoind taking hot showers or baths, try warm or luke-warm water.

As far as lotion is concerned, I have always prefered Lubriderm. They make one that has no perfumes or dyes for sensitive skin.

Also a great product comes from a company called Fruit of the Earth. They have many lotions that contain an aloe base, my favorite is the Shea Butter. Fruit of the Earth is also very affordable. You can find FotE at Walmart, Kmart and I believe Walgreens.
