Well , 9000 pounds seems to be market value for this car in the
UK , although it isn't a bargain. Resale value in 3 years will be approx. 4000 pounds. That is a depreciation cost of 138 pounds a month, plus other ownership/operational/maintenance cost to be be factored in. This vehicle will cost you an calculated minimum of 200 pounds per month to own and operate.(not cheap,$379us equiv.)
The Rav4 is a well built automobile and would serve you well,
However..... it is 6 model yrs.old, and for that budget (or close),
you should be able to get a new or at least newer auto, with a warranty, though not necessarily a Toy. Rav4.

I don't know how much that translates to. I don't even have that symbol on my keyboard. Rav 4s are pretty decent vehicles though.
