I'm going to put this poem before class starts and while nobody is there. This is to prevent anyone from seeing who put it. As for people reading it nobody really cares about that stuff. Also it will be addressed to her but my name won't be written and shes always sitting in the same place since the beginning of the year. Also tell me how i should decorate the poem. I have an idea but i want other opinions. She's 19, im 17(she was born in Mexico). we talk sumtimes

To Pamela, the Princess of Mexico

When I think of the perfect girl
You’re the only one that comes to mind

With the intellect of a genius,
Eyes of an angel,
Hair as soft as silk,
And a smile that lights up even the darkest room
No wonder you are God’s only work of art

You’re an amazing girl, an amazing person
You’re special and irreplaceable in my heart

Joe, I looked at your page. You have asked 81 questions about this girl Most of them are the same question over and over.
You are a shy, skinny, self-conscious inexperienced nerd with a huge crush and an obsession. You have feelings, but don't know how to express them. You have recieved hundreds of replies, and you never once pick a "best answer". Do you even read your replies, or are you just scanning quickly hoping to see a reply that says "Hey Joe, it's me Maria Lopez! I love you too!"
Get some counseling, you have a problem, get some self confidence before you put any "secret" poems or love letters in ANY girl's locker, or desk. You are NOT ready for a relationship, even if she does like you, you'd soon scare her off with your insecurities and obsession. You might have a good heart, and a sensitive soul, but you are also scary. Is this the only girl that's ever borrowed your pen and been nice to you? Sad.

tht poem is BEAUTIFUL!! and yes i agree with the people who said poems dont have to rhyme....ur an amazing guy to have thought so hard into such a nice poem for someone u really love...i suggest u scent the paper with a nice smell like lavender or even ur own cologne that u might be known for....and also, if u can draw well, draw a pic of her that u constantly see her doinng while she sits in class like twril her hair or something......i really think u should write ur name, but if u don't want to, and she really likes ur poem when she reads it, u should go up to her after class and maybe she can guess right away who wrote the poem or u can tell her.....wish u lots of good luck and hope she likes ur poem!! :)

That is a very nice poem, and if you really like her then go ahead and put the poem on her desk. Then she will know how you feel about her. I wouldn't worry if anybody saw you putting it on her desk. You never know she might have feelings for you too and don't know how to go about showing or telling you. Good Luck. I hope it works out for you.

it if comes from you heart, than its as sweet as can be. same goes for everything else. being a girl, i hate it when guys ask other girls if they should do something because it'd be "cute". if this is what you feel, go for it! but don't put her in a place where she's obligated or pressured to feel one way or another... it sounds like your thoughts are genuine, and its a really romantic poem... so good luck and stay true to each other!

It is foolish to give a girl a poem without a signature and a photo of you.

What if she thinks it is from someone else and they click and you stand there with a dumb look on your face?

It happened to me many years ago. I told my g/f years after we both married our choices and my ex g/f told me she was hoping that long ago poem was from you instead of the guy she wed who turned out to be abuser. Good luck to you.

Yes. Do it. It is a wonderful poem and perfect gesture from a very sensitive person.

Sounds like a good poem. However, be a man about it and read it to her or at least hand it to her so she will know who wrote it.

i'm a woman. i might say that if somebody placed that on my table i might pass loopy. that's that this way of pleasing poem and any woman who does not take exhilaration in does not deserve a guy such as you.

Don't be a dork Joe. And DON'T LEAVE STUFF LIKE THIS TO CHANCE.

Just walk up to her and tell her you wrote a peom for her. Then give it to her.

Good Luck
