ask him out on a lunch break or after work... make a joke about if it's a date or not... and see how he reacts.

HELLO do not mix this work and pleasure,1 If you break up then you have to see him everyday, 2 What the hell do you want the other people to start talking about you for? 3 If you get a raise at work here s the talk from everybody else "well i guess shes doing the boss also thats why she got a raise" 4 All the male co workers will start this "The rumor has it shes a big hoe so dude go for it." 5. Have you given your 2 week notice yet? 6. And this is the real deal "Sexual Harrasment" will be thrown out the door if things dont go good for you and him.
A very good friend of mine once said to me "You dont sh*t Where you eat" meaning dont get involved with somebody at work cause one thing will break the deal and that is "MONEY"

If you have an opportunity to touch his hand or arm while talking, this seems to give the other person a sense of what you are trying to get across to them. Laugh alot, in a sublte way at things he says. Play with your lips or hair. Give him a wink or raise your eyebrows. Facial expression can really help you out. If all else fails, just ask him out for a coffee or other beverage. Hey its the 21st century. Woman ask men out alll the time. Good LUck:)

offer to take him to lunch...in a friendly way...just be nonchalant about it because even though you make good eye candy for him...it doesn't mean he is totally on your trail. Because of the whole sexual harassment thing you need to be willing to change jobs if he takes it the wrong way. in other words...BE CAREFUL! what if you two date and then break up? Are you going to be able to face him every day after that?
