I'm thinking about starting a fruit diet! Since I an't control the amount I eat, I've decided to go Healthy! I just snack on fruit (apples, oranges, grapes, plums, peaches, and pineapples) everytime I get hungry and drink water everytime I get thirsty! I know that this maybe not be very healthy but people do unhealthy thing all the time! FASTFOOD IS UNHEALTHY! This is my last opinion before I just give up & take diet pills!

background: 18 years old, full-time college student, no time for excerise, tried slim-fast,walk to class, uses stairs instead on elevator,do sit-ups nightly, have gain 20 pounds in the last couple of months.......

Well, Fruit is awesome but you also need some protein and veggies. Here is a good diet that helped me loose weight:
Breakfast: 1 bowl of fiber cereal 1/2 cup of fruit and water.
Lunch: 1 bowl of fiber cereal, 1/2 cup of fruit and water.
Dinner: lean chicken/turkey, 1/2 cup of veggies, or anything that is healthy for dinner will work.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

You answered your own question, "I know that this maybe not very healthy..." Why don't you try counting calories? The recommended number of calories for an 18 year old female is 2368 per day. If you set this as your limit then you will not gain anymore weight. If you cut this number down to 1868 then you could expect to lose around one pound of weight per week.

The biggest problem I see is no protein but lots of sugar in fruit. Try a South Beach diet instead.

cut down on your portions, the fruit diet is unhealthy as you know. your body needs protein and when it doesn't get it it starts breaking down the muscles in your own body to get it including the heart which is a muscle
