BTW: This question is not intended to accuse or insult. These topics seem to provoke the most intense reaction, I want to be sure my impression is correct. Thus, I thought it will be ok if I asked a direct question. To those we gave a direct answer - thanks. To those who did not, why not?

Here is a direct answer. From a Republican that can truthfully say she was a Democrat for over 20 years .
Helping the needy --- I do it all the time and don't parade my politics or say look what I'm doing for them.
Being taxed -- it sucks , I don't make 35thou a year but I am doubled taxed for being self-employed.
Abortion - don't care for it as a means of birth control otherwise it is a private matter.
Immigration is a great thing it made this country diverse
Illegal immigration is wrong - get in line like a law biding person and wait your turn.
Affirmative action - hard to say, I was a woman in a man's Navy and other than resentment it never helped. Everyone is equal to me .
Middle Easterners- have many friends of various decent and yes some are from the Middle East.
Atheist & non-christians- Not my place to judge. My one grandmother is an atheist and my husband is angnostic and I have my Muslim friends others I don't ask their religion as that isn't my business.
So sorry but none of that pisses me off. People who try to sterotype and put barriers between people do .

Democrats who are the most hate filled bigot Hippocrates, who do nothing for the poor. cheat on or pay little or no taxes at all. The needless killing on a full term baby a month or even a few days before its due date. I have seen the procedure the cervix is dilated, the head brought out part way the scull punctured the brain scrambled as the baby is wiggling in pain. It is quit horrific.
The total disregard for law by the illegal aliens not immigrants.
Any preferential treatment going anyway if you are not qualified for the job you don't get it.
I worked in the middle east and taught over there. I love everyone even those who wish to take away my freedom of religion.

We hate Illegal Aliens, we welcome legal immigrants no matter what country they come from.
Affirmative action is designed to discriminate, The American corporate culture is very diverse. You apparently have never see it though.
No problem with middle eatern countries, we are putting our Military personnels lives on the line protecting the middle east. Athiest and non-christian believers are also part of the Republican party.

1) Repubs don't mind helping the needy. I personally believe people should help the needy, not the govt.
2) Taxes suck.
3) Abortions kill human beings. I don't understand how one can be for killing innocent human beings while being against killing guilty human beings. By the way, I am against both abortions (unless rape, incest, or threat to mother's life is involved) and execution. The woman had the choice of opening her legs in the first place. If she didn't want the baby, she should have kept them closed. Also, I realize that the man had a part. He should be held responsible for his actions also.
4) Repubs aren't against Mexicans. They're against illegal immigrants who tax our system w/o paying taxes.
5) Uh.... the repubs started affirmative action, dear. It's just gotten out of control. What happened to working for your position in life?
6) Repubs are not against middle easterners. They're against Iranians who have publicly stated that they want to wipe Israel (our ally) off the face of the Earth while pursuing atomic weapons.
7) Repubs aren't against athiests or non-christian believers. There is a small part of the repubs (the Christian right) who probably believe this. They are not the majority of repubs. They were taken care of during the last election.
Don't be so hateful. Spend your time trying to improve yourself instead of blaming others. You will be much happier in life.

Well, I'm not a repub, but I'm somewhat conservative and out of those, Being Taxed pisses me off more. Followed by affirmative action.

As an idependent, I'm fed up with both parties. Both of 'em need to start taking responsibility for their own messes, and stop blaming the other side. Both are equally screwed up.

Atheist are non-believers. and there is no non- Christian believer.any non-believer is not a Christian at all when it comes to the Lord Jesus Christ. You have to accept the Lord to be a Christian. God Bless
