Well all you can do is say a sorry.Its up to him to give you a second chance.The best way to say a sorry is to face him and do it but he may not want that since he has a new gf.so just leave it alone for sometime after you have said a sorry.

if he decided to move on his life, you should do the same
put him out of your mind, feel the peace with yourself, if you still find him the one, see if he does, if so tell him you want to spend the rest of your life with him.
if not, try to keep yourself busy for a while, Mr. Perfect will knock your door asking for your hand
