Absolutely! It is the best way to ensure that you are not completely stressed out on the big day. As for stuffing the bird ahead of time, I never stuff the bird. It's just too great a breeding ground for bacteria. I make the stuffing (or dressing, if you will) and cook it in a separate pan instead.

definately! just make sure that the stuffing is cold before you put it in the bird otherwise it can be a harbor for bacteria!

yes, just oil it up a bit before baking and stuff it at the last minute, you will have to moisten or oil the stuffing also.
