I can't find any information.
This picture (from 2003) shows no PTV's , but maybe they upgraded their cabin afterwards.

According to Seat Guru (see link below), it says Movie screens are placed throughout the aircraft. Business class does not feature personal televisions.
Don't worry... planes are usually pretty safe.... the chances are very little that something bad will happen.
