How old is this person you want to administer the injection to? What type of injections are we talking about? Assuming it is an adult, and the injection is intramuscular (IM):

Choices are deltoid, dorsal gluteal, ventrogluteal, and vastus lateralis.

Why do you want to know?
When I went through med school we learned from the director and injecting ourselves. I don't think any med sites that are legal would be libel for something like this. You can, some have, injured themselves and others doing this, your putting a foreign object into the body.

No "site" is going to be held accountable for administering injections to human beings. On the other hand, you would be held accountable if you happen to screw up and someone is seriously injured or killed.

Get serious.

Do you mean injection site as in a needle site? I believe that is what you're referring to.

It depends on what the medication is. Some medications are better shot intramuscularly (the leg or butt cheek) and some are better shot directly into a vein.
