I am a TA at a university; is it "risky" if i ask out one of my students after the semester is over and grades are confirmed; i really like her.

As long as it's after the class is over it's cool. I've dated my students before.

I'd wait until the end of the semester for sure. But there's nothing wrong with flirting.... I'm just glad you're not her professor lol. Go for it.

As long as she is 18 or older. As long as she is not in any classes where you are working along side the teacher. I see no problem with it

If your age is pretty close to hers, then you should confess your true feelings for her and see how it goes from there.
