Is it OK to drink soymilk that accidentally froze but is now thawed?

Yes; unless the soymilk got warm, you should be fine. It may have separated a bit when it thawed, so you may want to shake/stir it a little before you pour it.

I woulnd't see why it wouldn't be OK to drink it. I bought 2 half gallons because they were on sale and the one is sitting in the freezer until the first is all drank.

Yes. It will be fine. I have done the same thing with regular milk before.
