When someone says they're sugar happy, it means they are currently eating or have eaten many foods containing sugar (sweets, in other words) and are feeling/acting excited.

Yep, all good answers. Thats y slot of 'rents don't wnat their kids eating sugar. It gives you a rush of energy (that doesnt last) My family calls it a PIE HIGH
