I couldn't find the 95 manual on their website, but the 1996 manual can be found at http://www.nissanextendedwarranty.com/owners-manual/nissan/1996-Nissan-Altima.pdf. This should give you step by step instructions on a number of things.

have the car off. look at the radio. press clock set button and when it flashes use either the tune knob to chnge the hr, hit set again and tune knob to change min. unless you see a little resessed button. push it with a pen tip an push hr or min to change.
