I dont like veg, salad or fruit an i dont eat that healthy because i dont like healty food and i know it isnt good for my body. Any ideas on foods i could eat??

have you started rolling yet or you still walk?
keep a diatry of what you eat each day (better on a spreadsheet), then after 1 month start substituting some of the food with some lighter version. a little at the time cut on sugars, caffeine, fats and butter on its own. then leave out some salt.
after this you can re-train your taste to vegetables they taste better uncooked, put some fruit and yogurt and a little at the time learn to discover differet foods from other countries (as long as they are not drowned in cream, butter or fried)

Okay so you don't like your veggies. No big deal. Just watch out how you eat your meat. Broiled not fried. Eat more fish and use olive oil or canola oil in preparation. These have non trans fats that we here so much about. Also you should be careful of portion size. Look how the French eat all those rich foods and still manage to keep their wastelines. Drink more water, cut out the junk food and make yourself eat at least some veg... who likes it that much really??
I started running about two years ago and joined a club. I was absolutely useless at first but now I'm actually quite fast and I'm competing in races etc... You should try exercising too, running is a sociable sport too

Maybe you could exercise more.
Drink a lot of water.
Eat whole wheat breads and rice instead of white.
Eat less fried foods.
& Take vitamins.
Those are some helpful ideas.

I've got everyone at my job hooked on dried fruit, mango, pineapple, banana chips, etc. It tastes like candy but is soooo good for you.

avoid take out, avoid food in breadcrumbs and with sauces like chicken tonight etc....other than that and the obvious like sweets sugar chocolate and cheese its everything in moderation
