i have microwave sleep.. i get 8 hours in 3 minutes.....
and yes always 5 minutes more..lol

an universal human being sleeps 7-8 hours a nighttime. The older you get the a lot less sleep you want. some people (even youthful ones like you) don´t favor a lot sleep, that´s a very good ingredient. yet in case you experience drained after purely slumbering 4-5 hours then I recommend you should sleep extra.

Depends, If you are really tired .....you will require the full quota, if you are not tired that extent then next day definitely you my require 5 more minutes or even more than that as you have wasted your that time while lying down and in day dreaming !!!
