Vitamin Water. It's made by Glaceau. I drink Formula 50. It contains 50% of many important vitamins and minerals needed every day. It's grape flavored and works like a charm for me after a night of drinking.

I know of people that swear by Pedialyte. Since it is an electrolyte solution, it is specifically designed to increase the amount of fluid in the body and prevent dehydration. And since it is geared for kids, it's supposed to taste good too.

Next time, try to ease up on the alcohol. That's just not healthy.
